1. Terms of Entry
Arrival at the Coastal Card Lounge
By entering Lucky Pamppa’s coastal poker restaurant and card lounge, all guests agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and any reasonable instructions from venue staff.
Entry to the premises confirms your agreement to participate in a respectful, socially engaging environment centred on offline poker, coastal hospitality, and premium dining. The card room, restaurant, and lounge areas are designed as shared social spaces, and guests are expected to contribute to a calm and considerate atmosphere around the poker tables and dining tables alike.
2. Eligibility & Conduct
Age, Identity, and Behaviour
Guests must be over 18 years of age to enter the card room or participate in any Texas Hold’em evenings or tournament tables. Staff may request valid photo identification at any time to confirm eligibility.
Good sportsmanship and table etiquette are required in all areas of the venue. This includes listening to dealers, respecting fellow players and diners, and following reasonable directions from management and floor staff. Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour in the card room or restaurant may result in removal from a poker table or, where necessary, the venue.
3. Card Room Etiquette
Texas Hold’em at the Coast
Players are expected to follow standard Texas Hold’em etiquette while seated at any poker table. This includes respecting blinds, allowing the dealer to manage dealing and table action, and keeping cards and poker chips visible on the felt at all times.
To maintain a balanced, social, and enjoyable card room, management reserves the right to seat and re-seat players, adjust table numbers, and re-allocate seats between beginner tables, experienced-player tables, and high-roller-style evenings. Guests must follow all seating directions given by the dealer or floor staff to keep the tournament flow and casual games running smoothly.
4. Responsible Enjoyment
Food, Drinks, and the Felt
Lucky Pamppa encourages responsible enjoyment of all food, beverages, and poker games offered within the venue. Players and diners should act with courtesy, self-control, and fairness toward fellow guests and staff, whether seated in the restaurant or leaning over a live poker hand in the card room.
Management may, at its discretion, pause a guest’s participation in Texas Hold’em tables, tournament structures, or lounge activities if behaviour appears unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the relaxed social experience the venue aims to provide.
5. Poker Night Participation
Texas Hold’em Formats & Structure
Signing up for Texas Hold’em evenings, casual card lounge sessions, or structured tournaments signifies your agreement to the published format, structure, and buy-in registration process for that particular event.
Tournament rules, blind progressions, table numbers, and seat assignments are displayed before play begins and may also be outlined in printed or digital materials. It is each player’s responsibility to review these details before taking their seat. By remaining in the event once play starts, you accept the stated structure and any reasonable adjustments communicated by tournament staff.
6. Dining Conditions
Table Plates, Poker Night Bites & More
The Lucky Pamppa menu — including Table Plates, Poker Night Bites, Late Lounge Menu selections, and Dealer’s Favourites — is prepared using fresh local Australian produce wherever possible.
Guests must advise staff of any dietary requirements or allergies when placing their order, including when ordering from the card room rail or lounge seating. Allergen information is available on request. While the team takes care in preparation, the kitchen environment may handle a range of ingredients, and cross-contact cannot always be entirely excluded.
7. Booking & Reservations
Holding Your Seat at the Table
Table bookings for poker nights and restaurant dining are encouraged to help ensure your preferred seat, whether you are arriving for a coastal dinner before the first deal or joining a later Texas Hold’em session in the lounge.
If you arrive late for a booking, management may reschedule, shorten, or reallocate your seat at its discretion, particularly where table numbers, tournament tables, or dining capacity need to be balanced for the evening.
8. Photography & Promotion
Capturing the Night at the Card Room
From time to time, Lucky Pamppa may capture photography or short video of the card room, restaurant, and lounge areas to showcase the venue’s offline poker culture, table rituals, and coastal dining experience.
Guests may appear incidentally in this material, which is used for marketing in a respectful and tasteful manner. If you prefer not to be featured, please advise staff on arrival so we can take reasonable steps to accommodate your preference.
9. Privacy & Security
Bookings, Client Portal & Personal Details
Any personal information you provide when booking a table, registering for a tournament, or accessing a secure client portal area is collected and stored with care. Details are only used for the stated purpose, such as managing reservations, confirming tournament seats, or providing member communications.
Lucky Pamppa complies with applicable Australian privacy laws and guidelines. For more detail on how your information is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy.
10. Client Portal Usage
Secure Access to Member Features
Some guests and partners may be provided access to private tournament registration tools or member features through Lucky Pamppa’s secure client portal. Use of these digital services is conditional on agreement with the portal’s usage terms as presented at login or registration.
Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all actions taken using your credentials. If you believe your access details have been compromised, you should notify the venue promptly so access can be reviewed or reset.
11. Changes to Terms
Evolving House Rules by the Sea
Lucky Pamppa may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect evolving hospitality standards, offline poker regulations, or operational adjustments in the restaurant, lounge, or card room.
Any substantial updates will be communicated via this website and, where appropriate, displayed at the card room entrance or reception. Continued entry to the venue or participation in Texas Hold’em nights after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
